At Millennial Perfumer, we want you to find your signature scent without the stress. If your fragrance isn't a perfect match, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Package Your Fragrance

Carefully place the perfume in its original designer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the pre-paid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your return request.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
